Can I keep selling when the internet drops?
An initialized POS session can support offline checkout. Synchronization and connected payment services need connectivity. We will confirm the workflow for your setup.
Will it work with my hardware?
Risco POS can be configured with suitable computers, tablets and POS peripherals. Share the exact printer, scanner, drawer, scale or payment-device models so we can confirm compatibility and integration requirements.
Can you help bring over my existing data?
Products, customers, opening stock and balances can be prepared for import from suitable exports. The scope, data cleanup and transition plan depend on your current system and will be agreed before the move.
Can I start with only a few apps?
