Effective date: 18 October 2026.

1. Who we are

Risco POS is operated by Risco s.a.r.l. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Risco s.a.r.l.

Our public business and contact address is Versailles Center, ground floor, Jounieh, Lebanon. This address is not represented as our registered office.

These terms cover the Risco POS website, demonstration requests and purchases of Risco POS software, implementation, training, support and related services.

2. Website information and demonstrations

Website descriptions explain our available solutions. The features, integrations and services included in your purchase are those identified in your accepted quotation, order or service agreement.

Interactive demonstrations contain illustrative data. They do not create actual sales, payments, accounting entries or customer orders.

Submitting an enquiry or requesting a demonstration does not, by itself, create a purchase commitment.

3. Quotations, orders and service scope

Before you commit to a purchase, we will identify the relevant products or services, price, currency, payment schedule and agreed delivery or implementation arrangements.

Your accepted quotation, order and any expressly agreed service terms form part of your agreement with us. Specific terms agreed in writing take priority over conflicting general wording on this page, subject to applicable law.

Additional branches, users, applications, hardware, integrations, migration work, custom development or training are included only where specified in the agreed scope. Additional work and charges require agreement before proceeding.

4. Prices and payments

The applicable price, currency, taxes and additional charges will be stated before you confirm your purchase.

Payments must follow the agreed payment schedule. Use only the payment methods offered at checkout or confirmed by us for your order.

Payments processed by an external provider are also subject to that provider’s applicable terms. Never send wallet PINs, passwords or one-time payment codes through our forms, email or WhatsApp.

These terms do not impose an automatic late-payment penalty or collection fee. Any such charge must have a lawful, disclosed and agreed basis.

5. Implementation, hardware and integrations

Implementation arrangements depend on the agreed scope and the information, access, hardware and cooperation required for the project.

Hardware compatibility, offline operation, payment integrations and connections to other services must be confirmed for your particular setup. Some functions require connectivity, compatible equipment, third-party accounts or separate subscriptions.

Changes affecting the scope, schedule or cost will be discussed and agreed rather than treated as automatically included.

6. Subscriptions and support

For subscription services, the billing period, renewal method, cancellation procedure and consequences of non-payment must be disclosed in the applicable plan or service agreement before purchase.

Automatic renewal payments require the customer’s prior authorization. These general terms do not independently authorize an automatic charge.

Support coverage, channels, included assistance and any response-time or availability commitments are those stated in the applicable service agreement. No fixed service level is created by this page alone.

7. Cancellations, refunds and problems with a purchase

Contact us promptly if you wish to cancel an order, question a charge or report a problem.

Cancellation and refund arrangements depend on the service purchased, work already performed, applicable agreed terms and mandatory legal rights. Relevant restrictions must be disclosed before purchase.

These terms do not impose a blanket “no refunds” policy or remove remedies for billing errors, defective goods, non-conforming services or other circumstances covered by applicable law.

8. Accounts, customer data and privacy

You must provide accurate information, safeguard your account credentials and ensure that people using your business account are authorized.

Customer business data remains yours. You must have the necessary rights to provide and process that data through the service.

Personal information collected through this website is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Hosting, backups, data exports, retention and deletion arrangements for a customer’s POS environment must be specified in the applicable service agreement. This page does not create a separate backup or retention promise.

9. Acceptable use and intellectual property

You must not use the website or services unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software or interfere with other users or systems.

Software, branding and other protected materials remain the property of their respective owners. Purchasing a service grants the rights stated in the applicable licence or agreement; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying software.

10. Responsibility, complaints and governing law

Each party remains responsible for its obligations under the agreement and applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or restricts rights where doing so would be unlawful.

For a complaint, contact info@riscopos.com with your order reference and a description of the issue. We will review it and explain the proposed next steps. These terms do not impose an arbitrary eight-day deadline for reporting claims.

These terms are governed by Lebanese law, while preserving any mandatory consumer protections and other rights that apply to your purchase. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts as determined by applicable law.

11. Updates

We may update these terms for future website use and purchases. Updating this page does not, by itself, retrospectively change an existing agreement or remove accrued rights. Changes to ongoing services must follow the applicable agreement and law.
